Who owns the data, and who can see it?

Your company owns it and can export or delete it at any time. Everyone in the company can see everything, founders included. There are no manager-only dashboards and no hidden views.

Capture is set up per company and needs everyone’s knowledge and agreement, so it’s built for teams that opt in together. Every recording is announced. We don’t analyze emotions or tone.

Can we run it in our own cloud or on-prem?

Yes. We host it for you, or we set it up in your own cloud account or on your own servers, under your own keys. Tell us where it should run.

Is it just a notetaker?

No. Notetakers capture meetings. Company Brain captures the conversations, phone calls, AI chats and agent sessions where the work now happens, then everything around them: threads, email, meetings and docs.

What if we change our minds?

The $100 deposit is fully refundable anytime before your install starts. Email us and it’s back on your card within 5 business days. If we can’t start your install within 30 days, we refund it automatically. Terms
