The service
Company Brain is a shared memory for teams, used through companybrain.me and AI tools connected over MCP (Model Context Protocol). It is in early access: free of charge for now, provided as is, and it may change. We will give at least 30 days' notice before introducing any fees, and you can leave at any time.
Your account and workspace
You sign in with a passkey. Whoever creates a workspace administers it and decides who to invite. Everyone in a workspace can read, add, change and remove its memories. Keep your devices and invite links safe.
Your content
You own what you save. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to your workspace. Don't save content you have no right to share with your team, secrets, or unlawful material.
Connected AI tools
When you connect ChatGPT, Codex, Claude Code or another tool, it can read and write your workspace's memories on your behalf, under that tool's own terms. AI tools can make mistakes; check important facts against their sources.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to direct damages up to €100. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Ending
You can delete memories at any time and ask us to delete your account or workspace at hello@companybrain.me. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service. Finnish law applies.
